Nehima (our new dog on the left) and Geiger (a guide dog) pose for a photo after a good game of chase around the pool. They got along really well. I am a member and Auditor for the Nevada Council of the Blind. My wife Barb picked Nahima up from a Bouvier rescue center in Austin, Texas. She drove 2700 miles round trip to bring her "home". We love her to pieces. Nahima weighs 95 lbs and is 27 inches tall at the shoulders. Yes, she is a big dog.
I do not know about you, but we love the Great Outdoors. We love Malibu beach and Santa Monica in California. The Grand Canyon, Arizona, Zion National Park, Utah, Mount Charleston and Red Rock Canyon right here in the Las Vegas surroundings.
This photo is from a recent Las Vegas Hiking and Backpacking Meet Up outing to Arches National Park in Utah. We rented a bus and went with 37 outdoor nuts to have a close look at all these beautiful Arches.
