Payroll Processing - We can handle your complete payroll processing including entering hours worked, process payroll checks, setting up benefit plans, 401(k), submitting quarterly tax reports and year-end W-2's.
Financial Controls and Reviews - If you have bookkeeping staff in place, we can review and generate adjusting entries on a monthly or quarterly basis. It will give you peace of mind knowing that a third party reviewed the accounting activities. If you work with a CPA, we may be able to significantly reduce their hours and therefore their fees by presenting a clean year-end data file to them.
Compilations, Financial Statement Reviews and Audits- We provide all these services and will be happy to meet and discuss this with you.
Financial Information - We provide financial information you can use. We sit down with you and explain what your financial statements are really reflecting. We draw your attention to these areas coupled with recommendations.
Tax Planning & Preparation - If you have capable bookkeeping staff in place and only need professional tax advise and filing, we are available throughout the year to work with you and ensure you take advantage of all the tax laws.
Part-time CFO / Controller - If your business has grown to a point where you need the expert advise of a Chief Financial Officer, or Controller but cannot afford it yet, we can fill that need until you have reached that stage.
QuickBooks Training - QuickBooks company staff will tell you that the most frequent problems originate from the initial QuickBooks system set-up. It is money well spend to have it set-up by an expert. We are QuickBooks Certified Advisors. We can set-up your software correctly, clean up your data, and/or train your staff in QuickBooks.
